David Woodlock
1842 - 1929
The artist David Woodlock was born in Eire, Ireland, but is actually known as a Liverpool artist. He studied at the Liverpool School of Art and exhibited many works at the Walker Gallery. He was a member of the Liverpool Academy of Arts and a founder member of the Liverpool Sketching Club. In later life he lived in Sheffield and Leamington. Woodlock exhibited 17 works at the Royal Academy.
