Tas Severis

Tas attended art school and then art college. Having taught for many years, since becoming a full time professional artist Tas has worked from his studio at Patchings art centre.

Versatile in a number of mediums, Tas' style varies from graphic realism to loose and abstract. He is passionate about his art and the use of palette knife in his present work is dramatic, bold and extremely heavy, enjoying the textural effect of the paint.  

Tas has won awards for his work, winning artist of the year in Nottingham several times.  He has written articles for national and international art magazines and has exhibited in London and across the country.
